TENTATIVE 2027 SCHEDULE

Sunday March 21st
Depart from your international airport on an overnight flight to London.
Day 1 – Monday March 22nd
Arrival in Valencia – Meet your GSE Director and staff upon arrival at Valencia International Airport. Transfer to your accommodations and settle in. The evening concludes with a training session with your coach to get ready for the week ahead.

Day 2 – Tuesday March 23rd
Valencia Exploration – After breakfast, enjoy an optional light training and stretch session with your coach. Then head downtown for a guided tour of Valencia, with free time for lunch. In the afternoon, experience a highlight of Spanish football with a tour of Mestalla Stadium and Museum, home of Valencia CF. Return to base for an evening practice session to prepare for the tournament.

Day 3 – Wednesday, March 24th
La Vall Experience – After breakfast we travel to the famous Coves de Saint Joseph. Travel by boat in the famous underground caves. After the boat tour we will enjoy a traditional paella lunch. The group will then play a friendly game against local opposition to get ready for the tournament. Return to our hotel for dinner and relax before the tournament start.

Day 4 – Thursday, March 25th
Tournament Kick-Off – The excitement begins with your first group-stage games, followed later in the day by the official Opening Ceremony. Final fixtures and groupings will be confirmed closer to departure.

Day 4 – Friday, March 26th
Group Play Continues – Day 2 of competition brings more intense matches.
Parents & Supporters: Optional Paella Cooking Experience (extra cost) – learn to cook Valencia’s most famous dish.
Day 5 – Saturday, March 27th
Final Group Matches – Complete the group stage to determine standings and knockout matchups.
Parents & Supporters: Optional Wine Tasting Experience (extra cost) for a taste of local culture.

Day 6 – Sunday, March 28th
Finals Day – The tournament culminates with semi-finals and the grand final for those who advance.
Depending on scheduling, there may also be an optional professional La Liga match in the evening (extra cost).
Day 7 – Monday, April 29th
Departure – Return home with unforgettable memories of competition, culture, and camaraderie at the IDA Easter Cup.
Please note schedule can change based on final timings but all events listed will be included.

7 Nights accommodation: Top-rated hotel in Valencia with standard double rooms. Single room options are available for an extra cost. Roommate preferences will be collected during registration.

- Boys: U9 (2017), U10 (2016), U11 (2015), U12 (2014), U14 (2012), U16 Showcase (2010)
- Girls: U10 (2014–2015), U12 (2016–2017), U14 (2012), U16 Showcase (2010)
Hotels & Transportation
- Accommodation: Top-rated hotel in Valencia. Standard double rooms, with triple or single room options available (single = extra cost). Roommate preferences will be collected during registration.
- Transportation: Provided for all activities from arrival to departure. Airport transfers will align with group flight times or the most convenient option for the majority of the group.
- Food: Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) at the hotel/resort.
- Dietary Needs: All allergies and dietary restrictions are accommodated. Information will be collected before departure.
